Skill
Experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies
Experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix
Experience developing Training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) materials
Experience working to facilitate collaboration across the full range of executive, business, and technical resources
Experience with assisting testing efforts to include reviewing test scenarios for UAT and organizing users to Facilitate effective tests
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio and Project)
Experience with PM methodologies and/or managing & tracking a project against a project plan
Experience working on state government projects/assignments
4-year college degree or equivalent
Business Analyst Certification (certification from an accredited organization like IIBA)
