Job Title: UI React Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled UI React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development, with extensive experience in building modern web applications using React.js. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Collaborate with the product team to understand end-user requirements and provide technical solutions.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement new ideas and innovations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, specifically in React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
