Job summary:

·         We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

·         The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO and will be responsible for overseeing various projects in a hybrid work model.

·         This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

·         The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities :

·         Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

·         Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

·         Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

·         Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

·         Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Utilize TIBCO to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.

·         Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

·         Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress and address any concerns.

·         Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

·         Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project management processes and outcomes.

·         Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and feedback.

·         Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

·         Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on TIBCO.

·         Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.

·         Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Show proficiency in project management software and tools.

·         Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

·         Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

·         Hold a relevant certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2

·         Certifications Required : PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification in project management.
