Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Payments, POS Systems, and Banking experience. The candidate should bridge business needs with technical solutions, primarily working with Java development teams, handling payment disputes, transaction processing, and SQL queries.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements into technical user stories.

Create Component, System, and Interface diagrams for developers.

Support Payment Disputes, Transaction Disputes, and POS/Banking integrations.

Work closely with Java developers to explain technical requirements.

Write and execute SQL Queries for data validation and analysis.

Coordinate with stakeholders (business, product, technology) and drive agile delivery.

Prepare HLD/LLD documents and participate in solution architecture discussions.
Required Skills:

3-6 years of Business Analyst experience in Payments, POS, and Banking domains.

Strong understanding of Payment Gateways (Fiserv/First Data/Clover/CardConnect).

Hands-on SQL skills (queries, data extraction).
-
Solid background in Java Development or ability to work closely with Java teams.

Experience in Payment Disputes/Chargebacks workflow.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience with Clover POS, First Data, or Fiserv’s payment systems.

Knowledge of Fraud Management and Real-time Transaction Dispatching.
