Job Description (Posting).            SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and Talent Management solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of HXM processes, system integration, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on EC and Talent Management (PMGM, LMS, Recruiting and Onboarding)
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors solutions to meet the client needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during system migrations and integrations.
  • Support SuccessFactors integrations with other HR systems, third-party applications and external platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EC and Talent Management modules.
  • Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features, updates and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors specifically in EC and Talent Management modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions in complex environments.
  • SuccessFactors certifications in EC and Talent Management modules are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
  • Proficiency in system integration, data migration and reporting tools
