SAP SuccessFactors EC HR Data Lead
Duration: Long Term
Location: Remote ( 20% Travel to Harrisburg-PA )
- Lead the Data Migration and Implementation projects for SuccessFactors EC Employee Central and S/4 HANA system
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Data within the systems, as well as developing and implementing Data governance and Data quality standards.
- Develop and maintain Data governance policies and procedures to ensure Data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
- Establish and maintain Data quality standards and processes, including Data cleansing and enrichment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Data accuracy and consistency across different systems and platforms
- Design and implement Data validation and testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
- Provide training and support to end users on Data entry, maintenance, and reporting within the systems
- Lead and mentor a team of Data analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their Data needs and requirements, and provide insights and recommendations for Data utilization and optimization
