1. Experience & Leadership:

   • 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
   • Played the role of Finance Lead in projects.
   • Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations.

2. Project Experience:

   • SAP upgrades, rollouts, and implementations.
   • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.

3. Client Interaction & Business Outcomes:

   • Achieve client-expected business results.
   • Handle client issues related to SAP FICO.
   • Collaborate with BASIS, Functional, Technical, and Infrastructure teams (Network, etc.).
   • Customer-facing experience in key FICO consulting roles.

4. Solution Design & Implementation:

   • Analyze complex business requirements in SAP Finance.
   • Design and implement solutions accordingly.
   • Working knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.

5. Support & Service Management:

   • Experience in SAP FICO support (Incident, Service Request, and Problem Management) for S/4HANA.
   • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA).

6. Finance Operations Knowledge:

   • Month-end and year-end processing for FI & CO.
   • Understanding of accounting and business processes.

7. Documentation & Testing:

   • Ability to independently write Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specs, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.

8. Multi-tasking & Issue Resolution:

   • Handle multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
   • Resolve critical incidents and aging issues.

9. Team Collaboration:

   • Work effectively in an onsite-offshore model.
   • Interact with IT teams and business users to enhance business processes.
   • Facilitate communication between offshore teams and business users for daily operations.

10. Proactiveness & Team Attitude:

• Strong team attitude and proactive approach.
