(1.) To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
(2.) To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
(3.) To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisorsor CTOor CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issueorrisk identification, and resolution
(4.) To establish, track and review KPIorMetrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
(5.) To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
