Job Title:   Java Production Support
Location:  Alpharetta, GA/ Berkley Height, NJ
Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Skills:  Java Application Support for Banking domain 

Need Only Local to  – Georgia or New Jersey

Job Description:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Applications Support in Java with excellent debugging skills.
  • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL database
  • Knowledge on ITIL process – Incident Management & Problem Management
  • Experience in Unix and shell scripting
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
  • Database management
  • Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve applications issues.
  • Incident Management (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication).
  • Support Business Continuity Planning, Migration, Holiday activities.
  • Automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues/discrepancies by debugging code or analyzing logs.
  • Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts or issues and provide solution for permanent fix.
