Role: Java Developer 
Rate: 60-65$/HR MAX ON C2C
Location: Austin, TX / San Jose, CA

Mandatory skills – 
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services, particularly Spanner, PubSub, Borg, Boq, CNS, and Plx and 
Java, TypeScript, and Angular.  


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and Angular.  
  • In-depth understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services, particularly Spanner, PubSub, Borg, Boq, CNS, and Plx.
  • Experience with designing and developing scalable, distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging).
  • Experience with cloud-native development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  
  • Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services, such as Spanner, PubSub, Borg, Boq, CNS, and Plx, to build scalable and reliable infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem and cloud computing.
