Job Title: Business Process Modeler (2 Roles)

Overview:
The Business Process Modeler will document and develop Target Operating Model processes, collaborating across business and technology teams. This role involves creating process models, ensuring they align with technical implementations, and supporting effective process architecture.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years in modeling and designing business processes
- Strong knowledge of process modeling and BPM
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, MS Project)
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for varied audiences
Mandatory Responsibilities:
- Process Orientation: Strong understanding and articulation of business processes.
- Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Future State Design: Competence in designing and modeling future state processes.
