Job Title – Business Analyst (BA) – Custom .NET Applications

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (BA) with over 10 years of experience working on Custom .NET Applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and technical expertise in .NET development to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

  • Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows for custom .NET applications.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on solutions.

• Technical Collaboration & Testing:

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee smooth implementation of applications.

• End-User Support:

  • Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst, focusing on custom .NET applications.
  • Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET.

• Skills:

  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies.

• Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
