Job Title: BI Lead – Azure Fabric & Power BI
Location: Santa Clara, DAY1 onsite
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Warehousing.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Dataverse, etc.).
- Expertise in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M language) for Power BI development.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake, etc.) and performance optimization in BI solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning, AI, and Cognitive Services is a plus.
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), row-level security (RLS), and data privacy policies in BI environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while managing multiple projects.
