Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our team. In this role, as an intermediate-level administrator reporting to a Senior Atlassian Architect, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and resolution of break-fix issues for our Atlassian suite of products, including JSM, Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, and associated tools.

Responsibilities:

1.            Configure, maintain, and support Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) based on best practices.

2.            Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports in Jira to meet business requirements.

3.            Manage user permissions and access in accordance with security policies.

4.            Perform Atlassian product upgrades and plugin installations.

5.            Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Atlassian tools and integrations.

6.            Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other systems.

7.            Provide training and support to end-users on Atlassian applications.

8.            Document configuration changes, procedures, and processes related to Atlassian tools.

9.            Rebuilding/Enhancements of new or current projects.

10.         You will be involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams, PMO, and Service Desk teams to ensure that our Atlassian applications are configured optimally to enhance and align with our business processes..

Requirements:

1.            2+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

2.            Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira workflows, screens, fields, and reports.

3.            Experience with administering Jira Service Management

4.            Strong understanding of permissions schemes and security configurations in Atlassian tools.

5.            Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and as part of a team.

6.            Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

7.            Plus = Scripting or API Calls
