Mandatory Skills:
Administering Jira Data Centre, Adaptavist Script runner, Groovy & JavaScript, Atlassian Jira/JWM Administration Certification(s), JWM writing complex automations/rules.

Preferred/Desired skills:
Java, remote procedure calls (RPCs), REST, SOAP , XML-RPC interfaces, Groovy, AWS Cloud Knowledge

Responsibilities
•            Design Scripts in Groovy for use with Script runner or elsewhere in Jira.
•            Work with Product Owner, System Architect & Tech Lead to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
•            Customer Support and handling of user tickets.
•            Open Support Tickets with Jira Vendors and Atlassian as needed.
•            Troubleshoot Jira or integrations as required.
•            Help perform Analysis for Jira upgrade as required.
•            Assist with migration from Jira Data Centre to Jira Cloud as required.
•            Ability to perform basic and advanced JQL queries in the system
 
Qualifications (Must Have)
•            Experience Administrating Jira Data Centre for at least 3 years.
•            Adaptavist Script runner Experience.
•            Groovy & JavaScript Proficiency and experience with coding in these languages.
•            Atlassian Jira Administration Certification(s).
 
Qualifications (Nice to Have)
•            Migration Experience from Jira Data Centre to Jira Cloud.
•            Jira Cloud Experience
•            Experience Integrating Jira with other applications such as Confluence, qTest, Slack, Gitlab etc.
•            Large Scale Jira Deployments Experience (15k+ users).
•            Experience providing support to users through slack, zoom, email or a ticketing system such as ServiceNow etc.
•            Familiarity with big name Jira add-ons such as:
o            Structure
o            Advanced Roadmaps
o            Checklist
o            Optimizer
