Job Description:
Technical solutions: Designing and recommending technical solutions for IT issues Team management: Leading a team of engineers and developers Quality assurance: Ensuring quality deliverables and unit test coverage Technical review: Performing technical reviews and resolving technical challenges Communication: Coordinating with customer stakeholders and bridging offshore communication Performance: Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Data analysis: Handling large amounts of incoming data, standardizing it, and implementing effective data analysis processes Mentoring: Mentoring junior level staff
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
