– 7+ years of experience in complex Java Application Support – Good Programming skills with experience in Java based Web application and strong knowledge in Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful Services- Hands on experience with Splunk tool and should have excellent debugging and analytical skills- Strong Experience L2/L3 support role- Good knowledge of Database concepts on at least one of these – Oracle, Cassandra, NOSQL technologies etc. – Experience in high volume and large-scale environments- Experience in Bug fixes for production issues and handling issues well with in SLA – Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills- Previous Apple Exp is a plus – Flexible for rotation based On-call support, sometimes on weekend- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
