- System maintenance, configuration of system parameters, performance tuning, system health monitoring and checks, knowledge of support packs deployment, Release notes etc. Experience in configuration of Identity Management, SiteMinder and Federation Manager.
- Knowledge on upgrade and Migration techniques – must have done system upgrades including technical and functional upgrades. Knowledge on different upgrade paths, migration options.
