Title: Integration Analyst – Oracle Cloud HCM
Location: Remote
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for application teams integrating with People Platform
- Validate/test the consumer data before they begin their phase of testing
- Analyze behind the scenes data using SQL queries
- Quickly identify defect root causes and drive towards resolution
- Maintain a plan that shows the onboarding status of each team. Update/maintain plan every week
- Uses critical thinking mindset to ensure all possible outcomes are accounted for in preventing consumer issues
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years systems/data integration experience, working as a Systems Analyst/Project Manager with consuming systems
- 5+ years of systems/data integration experience related to HR data
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience – must have SQL experience to validate data
- 3+ years managing a systems integration plan
