Job Description: Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Architect
Position Overview is seeking an experienced Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Architect. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data integration solutions, ideally on the AWS platform. This position is fully remote within Wisconsin, with the candidate required to be a current resident of the state or willing to relocate.
Project Background: The Ancillary Systems Program (ASP) is responsible for ensuring that over 800 systems interacting with financial or HR data from PeopleSoft continue to function seamlessly as the university transitions to the Workday ERP system. This role will focus on designing and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to support this transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team in creating and implementing IICS integrations.
- Contribute to the IICS integration design for future-state HR and financial ancillary systems.
- Collaborate closely with Development teams, Functional Business Analysts, and Testing leads.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide problem resolution.
- Attend stand-up meetings and Sprint Reviews to report on work status.

- Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
- Batch Data Integration Frameworks
- Real-Time Data Integration Frameworks (Event/API)
- Bulk Data Ingestion
- Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
- Integration between Informatica Cloud and SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Higher Education Domain
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
- Workday Implementation experience
- Proficiency with AWS services (DMS, S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Airflow, etc.)
- AWS Certifications related to data engineering or databases
- Python programming skills
