SAAS IDMC MDM Solution Architect & Configuration
The MDM Solution Architect has lead responsibility for managing the overall solution within the IDMC MDM SAAS environment, solicitation of requirements, and completion of the Solution Design. The Solution Architect will manage the overall solution design by working with key business and IT stakeholders and utilizing best practices. In addition, lead responsibility for the configuration of the MDM data model, ingress/egress jobs, trust and survivorship, match rules, MDM 360 migration activities, and user interface configuration. They will participate and contribute during the initial design workshops and have lead responsibility for configuring the MDM solution, unit testing, test phase defect remediation, and upper environment deployment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administration leadership and support for Master Data Management (MDM SAAS), Cloud Data Quality, and Cloud data Informatica IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) platform.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, data models, and integration strategies.
- Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Work with users and business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to define technical specifications to develop data modeling requirements, code design, and functional and technical documentation.
- Partner with Product/Engineering Teams to understand the best recommendations to design a solution.
- Prepare and deliver unique solution presentations or technical proposals.
- Compose and publish external-facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts, and articles for technical/industry publications.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Architecting and Designing MDM solutions.
- At least 3 years’ experience with Oracle or SQL Server DB.
- Experience with the Informatica IICS platform is necessary.
- Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities is necessary.
- Experience with MDM, MDM SAAS, Data Integration, Data Quality, Cloud, and Databases.
