Job Title: INFOR LN – SCM Consultant
Job Type: Full-time / Contract to Hire (C2H) / Contractor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor LN – SCM Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Infor Cloud Suite (Automotive) or Infor LN (10.6 and above), and demonstrate strong technical and functional knowledge in various SCM areas, including multi-company set-up, order processing, product configuration, inventory management, and integration of Infor LN.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Functional Specifications & Testing:
o Create detailed functional specifications based on business requirements.
o Design and execute test cases to ensure proper system functionality.
o Perform data loading and set-up in Infor LN.
2. Infor LN & Cloud Suite Expertise:
o Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor LN 10.6 and above or Infor Cloud Suite (Automotive) including functional modules related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
3. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Expertise:
o Strong functional knowledge in areas such as:
• Multi-company set-up, Sales Order processing, Product Configuration (PCF), and Shipment Planning.
• Just-In-Time (JIT) concepts, EDI Transactions, and Enterprise Planning.
• In-depth knowledge of the Infor Service Module, including the full order cycle for Service Orders.
• Supply Chain Purchase Contracts, Schedules, Returns, and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).
• Warehouse Management, Scanners and Printers, Handling Units, Inventory Specifications, and Cycle Counting.
• Interface with Factory Track, Inbound and Outbound Advices, Kanban, and Kitting.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with end users, business leads, and technical teams.
o Ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and technical consultants to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
5. Technical Expertise:
o Good technical understanding of Infor and BaaN technical components.
o Experience with the integration of Infor LN using ION tools.
o Proficiency in BODs, BDEs (Extensions), and XML for system integration.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience working with Infor LN (10.6 and above) or Infor Cloud Suite (Automotive).
· Strong background in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and relevant Infor modules.
· Experience with data loading, test case creation, and functional specifications.
· Familiarity with EDI transactions and enterprise planning in an ERP context.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
