Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, and DevOps data engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Data Science methodologies, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This role is based onsite in Philadelphia, PA, and we are open to considering relocation candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
- Utilize SQL for querying databases and performing data manipulation.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Create and maintain data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Work within DevOps data engineering frameworks to ensure efficient data processing and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Apply knowledge of various programming languages and tools to support data analysis and modeling tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Data Science methodologies.
- Proficient in SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, and DevOps data engineering.
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, C++, SAS, and Java.
- Familiarity with Python packages such as ggplot2, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Knowledge of databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Jenkins, Power BI, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
