Role: ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Process Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months
Must have: • Hardware Asset Management (HAM) • IT Asset Management (ITAM) • ServiceNow HAM module • CMDB integration • ITIL • ISO 19770 • Asset Lifecycle management • IT procurement, Vendor Management, Asset depreciation, Contract renewals, Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001), Documentation and stakeholder engagement, Enterprise-scale HAM process implementation
Requirements: • Experience: 15+ Years in IT Asset Management (HAM) (Techno functional Role) • Asset management process and ServiceNow platform implementation experience for this role is must • ITIL OR ITAM certification is must. • 15+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). • Strong expertise in ITIL, ISO 19770, and ITAM best practices. • Extensive experience in defining and implementing HAM processes at enterprise scale. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM module and CMDB integration. • Knowledge of IT procurement, vendor management, asset depreciation, and contract renewals. • Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management and compliance frameworks. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working with global teams and large enterprise environments. • ServiceNow HAM, ITIL, or IAITAM certifications (CAMP, CHAMP, CITAM) preferred.
Nice to have Skills: • ServiceNow HAM certification. • ITIL certification • IAITAM certifications (CAMP, CHAMP, CITAM) • Experience with automation in ServiceNow (e.g., depreciation, compliance audits, contract renewals) • Experience in global enterprise environments • Experience conducting training sessions and workshops • Executive reporting and dashboard creation • Governance framework design and enforcement • Cost optimization and risk management strategy development
