Position              : Onsite Field/Service Desk Technician.
Location             : Las Angeles

Work hours       : PST business hours, 4 days onsite and 1-day WFH is allowed.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  1. Technical Support:
    • Respond to user service requests and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Provide support for operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
    • Perform system checks to ensure high-level software performance.
  2. Installation and Maintenance:
    • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
    • Maintain and support computer equipment and peripherals.
  3. User Assistance:
    • Offer daily support to users, including answering queries.
    • Train end-users on hardware functionality and local applications.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work with other IT team members (onsite and offshore) to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment.
    • Participate in team meetings and share knowledge to improve overall support processes.
