Position : Onsite Field/Service Desk Technician.
Location : Las Angeles
Work hours : PST business hours, 4 days onsite and 1-day WFH is allowed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Respond to user service requests and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide support for operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Perform system checks to ensure high-level software performance.
- Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Maintain and support computer equipment and peripherals.
- User Assistance:
- Offer daily support to users, including answering queries.
- Train end-users on hardware functionality and local applications.
- Collaboration:
- Work with other IT team members (onsite and offshore) to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment.
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge to improve overall support processes.
