Position -1:
Job Title: Scrum Master

Mandatory: Prior healthcare insurance payer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitates the current sprint daily scrum, storyboard maintenance, sprint demos and retrospective ceremonies.
· Create project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members.
· Forecasts sprint activities, backlog planning and coordinates with the Project Managers.
· Oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of programming code and products.
· Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle.
· Resolves sprint issues and minimizes escalation to Enterprise Integration Services Leadership.
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners.
Required Skills:
· At least 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience in a multi-Scrum environment managing projects using JIRA
· At least 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience in a multi-Scrum environment managing projects in a cross-functional teams
· At least 1-2 years of Scrum Master experience managing projects using Confluence
· Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Project Manager.
Position -2:
Job Title: Senior Genesys Test Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible for extensions)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting.

For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting and Test Asset Maintenance (manual and automated). Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira.

Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents.

Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies.

Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest )

Mandatory experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing.

- SRE Engineer with strong experience supporting Kubernetes container platforms.

12+ years overall experience with 2+ years in SRE role for Kubernetes
- Expertise in one or more of these Cloud/Infrastructure tools – Rancher, JFrog Artifactory, Sysdig, Portworx, Calico, Hashicorp Vault.
- Experience working on Kubernetes on on-prem infrastructure or Redhat Openshift.
- Expertise in monitoring tools like Datadog
- Experience in IaaS tools like CFT, Terraform
- Strong expertise on Cloud concepts like Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Computing, Containerization, SRE.
- Experience working with automation tools like Docker, Rancher and Kubernetes to implement the End-to- End Automation.

Job Title: Mobile Infrastructure Architect

Responsibilities:
- Acts as technical SME in the areas of mobile platforms, servers, and devices – Microsoft InTune, including Microsoft Tunnel capability, MobileIron, iOS, Android, and other MDMs.
- Perform hands-on architecture design, participating in design and configuration reviews.
- Perform core technical duties to support infrastructure implementations, App deployments, App/ device configurations, and App Protection policies in Intune M365 MAM/MDM applications.
- Provides technical expertise to maintain environments and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage platform documentation and processes for each Intune platform including processes, implementation plans, architecture diagrams, and DR runbooks with all supported documentation.
- Identify and drive technical issues and enhancements with delivery roadmaps collaborating with Microsoft product and support teams.
- Participate in troubleshooting senior exec mobile-related issues, availability issues, and various moves/adds/changes, Per app VPN installation and configuration.
- Solution cross-platform integrations between Digital Workplace and other enterprise platforms to optimize capabilities and streamline the colleague experience.
