Experience: • 10 plus years of IT experience • Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in a project management capacity in Project Manager & Scrum Master roles in software development projects • Prior experience managing multiple project teams for a common roadmap • Experience managing system implementation and integration projects • Strong presentation and communication skills • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills • Strong project and time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders alike • Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Experience: • Previous experience in the Telecom billing domain. • Scrum Master certification and/or PMP certification is preferred
