Experience: 8 – 10 years

Position 1: SAP EWM Consultant

Job Description:

·         5+ years of experience in SAP eWM

·         minimum of 2 implementation or Support experience in SAP eWM

·         Functional / technical proficiency in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP eWM

·         Experience in integration of eWM with other modules like MM, SD, PP

·         Hands on experience in Configuration of Enterprise structure by defining plants, storage locations, warehouse structure, delivery processing, GR/GI, putaway, handling units, storage types, storage sections, bins, strategy, warehouse order creation rules, resource management etc.

Position 2: SAP BW Consultant

Job Description:

·         Implementation or Support experience in SAP BW4HANA or SAP BW on HANA

·         End to end development experience in SAP BW4HANA Modelling using ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS views, Transformations, BEX Queries and Native HANA views

·         Expertise in SAP and non-SAP extraction and experience of functional aspects would be a plus

·         Hands on experience in standard extractors, enhancements and generic extractors (ABAP and CDS based)

·         Experience in various Data Provisioning Options BODS, SDA and SDI

·         Experience in ABAP (BW relevant) and SQL

·         Good communication skills

Position 3: SAP SD/GTS Consultant

Job Description:

·         6+ years of SAP SD/GTS experience

·         2-3 implementation or Support experience in SAP GTS integrated with ECC

·         Knowledge and expertise in understanding the SAP Sales and procurement process

·         Knowledge and expertise in the configuration and use of the SAP GTS modules of Compliance and Customs Management for US and Europe

·         Familiarity with GTS Compliance checks for Sanctioned Parties Lists, Embargoed countries and export license determination

·         Knowledge/Hands on experience on Foreign trade functionalities in S4 HANA

Position 4: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:

·         Experience in 1 – 2 full project life cycle implementations or Support projects

·         Experience and knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting

·         Hands-on experience in configuration of Finance and Controlling process, including but not limited to: General ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, profit centers & hierarchy configuration & maintenance,  Asset Accounting configuration, Tax configuration (experience with Taxware),  financial operations processes and concepts, multi-currency experience, currency revaluation & translation, document splitting, non-leading ledger, substitutions / validations, functional area usage, understanding of financial close and consolidations, intercompany processing, account determination

·         Must be proficient with MS Tools, MS Excel, MS Word, etc…

·         Experience on banking interface & Lockbox would be added advantage

·         Experience/Knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA is added advantage.

Position 5: SAP Basis Consultant

Job Description:

·         Experince in SAP system installation, configuration, maintenance, migrations and upgrades

·         Conduct research into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issues

·         Be responsible for the administration of the SAP system including installations, upgrades, system refresh, performance, security, sizing, support and connectivity

·         Apply Support/Enhancement packs, monitoring disk sizing/utilization as well as system performance

·         Install and configure system monitoring using Solution Manager

·         Develop and implement system copies and data refreshes

·         Responsible for Database Administration

·         Manage routine patching and upgrades of operating system and databases

·         Be responsible for performance tuning for Database and SAP

·         Drive automation and scripting methodologies

·         Prior experience in handling S4 HANA and exposure to NetWeaver concepts and products (Fiori, Solman, and Enterprise Portal) and other SAP system will be advantageous

Position 6: SAP TSW Consultant

Location: Remote w/25% travel to Tampa, FL

Job Description

·         Strong knowledge of the relevant module having designed and built solutions in the relevant space

·         At least 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations demonstrating hands on design and configuration/build skills

·         Ideally 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.

Responsibilities:

·         Review business requirements, propose solutions and estimate ethe amount of work required to do the work

·         Manage delivery of the work item. Pending effort of the work item, manage the team members (on shore/offshore) that are supporting the delivery.

·         Administrative team leadership skills: Team progress reporting, Managing Actions, Risks and Issues and documenting decisions.  

Module skills:

·         SAP TSW Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of SAP TSW module, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

·         Customization and Configuration: Configure SAP TSW module according to business requirements, including settings for product movements, scheduling, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).

·         Enhancements and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within SAP TSW, collaborating with stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive efficiencies in supply chain operations.

·         Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP TSW with other SAP modules and external systems, such as ERP systems, third-party logistics providers, and trading partners, utilizing SAP PI/PO or other middleware solutions.

·         User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues, troubleshooting system errors, and delivering training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of SAP TSW functionalities.

Soft skills:

·         Strong communication and advisory skills. Must have sr. consulting level skills to present their ideas to client and convince his/her client stakeholders of the directions to take. A technically focused consultant will not be successful in the role. 

·         Strong listening skills. Must have discussions with client process owners and understand business requirements and translate those into solutions

·         Presentation skills. Able to present solutions to meet new business requirements, redesign processes, fix defects and present options including pro’s and con’s to guide the customer in choosing the right solution
