Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deploy Predictive Models:

- Build, tune, and maintain machine learning models in data bricks using python, R, or java.
- Design and implement ML solutions tailored to specific use cases and data characteristics.
- Data Modelling and Analysis:
- Review and revise data models fed from upstream sources such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
and Kafka. - Identify and correct for data quality issues in data large datasets.
- Analyze results to ensure findings are statically significant.

- ML Model Optimization and Maintenance:
- Continuously improve model performance and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement:
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders
to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production systems.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in creating, tuning, and maintaining machine learning models in enterprise environments. (Required)
- Proficiency in Python and R, with experience using Databricks for model development.
- Deep understanding of various machine learning modelling methods and their applications.
- Experience with data modelling techniques and tools.
- Experience with MongoDB, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS Cloud, and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
