Description :
As a Workday Extend Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients extend and customize their Workday solutions using Workday Extend, which is a platform that allows clients to build custom applications and integrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and business processes
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design custom Workday Extend solutions
Develop, test, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications and integrations
Advise clients on industry best practices for custom application development and integrations with Workday
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to Workday Extend solutions
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions
Maintain knowledge of Workday Extend updates and new features and recommend enhancements to client
Certifications
Workday Extend certification is preferred, but not required.
