Job Title: iCertis CLM Functional Consultant

Role Overview:
The iCertis CLM Functional Consultant will be part of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team within the Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology group. This team is responsible for the design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of corporate applications. The consultant will play a crucial role in building and supporting applications to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the contract lifecycle management business functions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in iCertis CLM, focusing on providing technical solutions that meet business needs, driving successful delivery of capabilities, and maintaining high-quality solutions throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
  • Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high-quality technical solutions on the iCertis CLM platform.
  • Integrate iCertis CLM with MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other applications using iCertis connectors or by creating custom solutions through web services.
• Solution Architecture & Design:
  • Work hands-on with coding, architecture, and solution design.
  • Provide innovative and technical solutions to meet business requirements and needs.
• End-to-End Implementation:
  • Lead or contribute to the full life cycle of enterprise application implementations, including at least 3 projects in a project lead capacity.
• Development Best Practices:
  • Implement best practices for development efficiency, such as reusing components, eliminating duplication, and ensuring an efficient architectural design.
• Project Management & Multi-tasking:
  • Successfully manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, handling competing timelines and demands.
• Flexibility in Role:
  • Adapt to working across project implementations, operations, and support activities.
• Independent Problem-Solving:
  • Work with limited direction in a complex environment to drive solutions, ensuring service levels are met and objectives are achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience with the iCertis CLM platform, including designing, developing, and supporting applications.
  • At least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations with a track record of working in a project lead capacity.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience in coding, solution architecture, and design.
  • Proficient in integrating iCertis CLM with other systems such as MS Dynamics 365 CRM using standard connectors or custom web service solutions.
• Development Best Practices:
  • Expertise in implementing best development practices, including leveraging reusable components, efficient architectural design, and optimizing processes for performance and scalability.
• Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting competing timelines and demands.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Autonomy & Problem-Solving:
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision to deliver solutions within a complex environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with web services and custom integrations.
• Experience with other enterprise applications or platforms related to contract management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development.
