Job Description

We are seeking a skilled OMS IBM Sterling Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing and supporting IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of OMS architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

·        Implement, configure, customize, and maintain IBM Sterling Order Management System solutions to meet business requirements.

·        Provide technical expertise and support for OMS implementation projects, including system design, development, testing, and deployment.

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT teams to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OMS implementation, including system performance optimization and bug fixes.

·        Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, and integration mappings.

·        Stay updated with the latest IBM Sterling OMS features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.

·        Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities to ensure successful project delivery.

·        Provide training and support to end-users and other team members as needed.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

·        Over all 7+ and minimum 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting IBM Sterling Order Management System solutions.

·        Strong understanding of OMS architecture, including modules such as inventory management, order orchestration, and fulfilment.

·        Hands-on experience with OMS configuration, customization, and integration using IBM Sterling Configurator, Control Centre, and Call Centre.

·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Relevant certifications in IBM Sterling OMS or related technologies (preferred).
