Job Summary:
• The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IAM assessment program. This role coordinates the work of the assessment pods, ensures consistency in approach, and monitors progress against defined milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IAM assessment program
• Coordinate the work of the assessment pods and ensure consistency in approach and deliverables
• Monitor the progress of the pods against the defined timeline and milestones
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and escalate to the IAM Program Lead as needed
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate communication between the pods and the central team

Required Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity domain
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL
