Please read this thoroughly and then send the candidates also client need a brief description written by them own in each projects and LinkedIn is required with good connections.
Here is the issue. The market is flooded with candidates who are dishonest, who embellish, lie, and plagiarize their resumes. 90% of resumes I review from contractors are plagiarized and illegitimate. They may have experience, but they lie on their resumes to get jobs.
I need a LEGITAMITE honest candidate whose resume truly reflects what they have done and was written by them, not copied from multiple profiles online.
You will find plenty of people on the market – but scarce few who are honest and authentic. I screen very thoroughly.
