We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to development teams, designing end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
Requirements:
· Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
· Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements, including technical architecture, data models, integrations, and workflows.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
· Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS to fulfill specific business needs.
· Implement security controls, access restrictions, and audit mechanisms to ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
· Create detailed technical documentation such as design documents, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.
· Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.
Skills:
· Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
· Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
· Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM modules within ServiceNow.
· Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
· Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
