Ashok was interviewed and this was the feedback – He was on ChatGPT looking up answers and they can see it through his glasses and there was buzz words on his resume and couldn’t explain it.
Need a lot better profile, this hiring manager was a candidate of my vendor only, so she told them everything personally. vendor was able to get him interview within 30 minutes of submitting his profile. Vendor is saying the hiring manager is super smart, she is a very senior data engineer, and highly technical, She will know during the conversation if candidate do not have the mentioned experience in resume. Do not put a lot of points in resume if the experience is less.
We need a Senior Data Engineer for AAA life in Livonia. Hybrid 2 days a week. Must be local. $50-53/hr c2c max

Think outside the box and come up with solutions that is why she says architect and if you do not know – I don’t know but can learn it
