Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud / DMP consultant
Location: – NYC, NY – Hybrid
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform. – Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. – Create and manage Data Cloud assets, including data models, datasets, and integrations with other Salesforce and third-party applications. – Optimize Data Cloud configurations to enhance performance, data accuracy, and user experience. – Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with various data sources and external systems. – Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Data Cloud issues. – Stay updated on the latest Data Cloud features, tools, and best practices.
-Knowledge of DataBricks is desirable
Qualifications:
– Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components – 5+ years of Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce DMP) and related technologies such as Audience Studio, Data Studio, or Data Manager – Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and third-party integrations – Understanding of data governance and data privacy practices – Experience with Salesforce development and customization using declarative tools – Experience with Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I or Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer) is a plus – Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
– Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification. – Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL. – Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies.
