Job Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced EBS Financials Project Lead to manage and enhance its Oracle EBS financial applications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS financial modules (both functional and technical) along with a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for the Finance Applications group in Oracle EBS functional areas, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Accounts Receivable/Credit.
• Oversee system enhancements, ongoing support, and further adoption of assigned EBS modules.
• Provide direction and support for existing on-premises systems and technologies.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for assigned EBS applications and functionalities.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage support and maintenance for assigned systems, ensuring cross-functional data and system integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for future EBS financial upgrades.
• Work within an offshore model, directing offshore teams for development and support solutions.
• Lead the discovery, planning, and implementation of process improvements to optimize business functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 financial applications.
• 5+ years of project management experience, leading small to large-scale projects.
• Strong working knowledge of EBS Finance functional areas (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Credit).
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 architecture and system design.
• Understanding of systems analysis, detailed design, and programming in an Oracle EBS R12 environment.
• Basic experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Ability to provide work direction to offshore teams for project execution and support.
