Skills/Experience needed:
- BS Degree
- Any type of BA certification
- 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst with Business process management and modeling.
- 5+ years of recent experience as Business Analyst in Healthcare Industry
- 3+ years of recent experience as Lead Business Analyst with leading the Development of Functional And Non-Functional Business Requirements & working with Business Solutions Lead to Understand Business Strategy and Translate Into Product Requirement.
- Experience with ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise
- Project management skills
- Experience with SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
