- Personal email address, not just an email that is being used to find a job.
- Personal number. Home or Cell. Google/VoiP numbers can be an issue
- Quality Linked-in profiles. Most profiles I see look like they were just created for a job search, even if they have a photo. Profiles with recommendations are ideal.
- This manager is a bit difficult. He likes concise resumes and will not look at ones that have more than 10 bullet points under each job. The bullet points should be relevant to what they are looking for. The summary section isn’t important and not needed. I can get you submitted, but the resume would need to be redone in the format he wants.
Must haves:
* 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
* Strong skills in Java, NodeJS, AWS Services (ECS, Lambda)
* Ability to work independently
* Critical thinking/problem solving
Nice to have:
* Experience with performance testing
