This vendor company has a very strict W2 policy, if candidate will not represent FRS as employer or if employer will try to reach them, they will directly blacklist us permanently.
needs to have excellent comm, Good LinkedIn, vendor will do video call and then her account manager will do video call before submitting to end client which will be technical.
