I want to address a issues here, that I have mentioned many times the clear statement regarding the role in “Subject Line” and in Job Description's Location as well to share the relevant profiles and if mentioned Local to any particular state, then please share local to that particular state only. People are sharing other states, irrelevant profiles and that is very disturbing and time killing aspect for me. 

Also, I want to let you know that I only do submit genuine H1B, H4EAD & L2 EAD profiles with proper details on C2C. I do not prefer to submit GC or USC or GC EAD on C2C. I work with them on direct W2 through us. So in order to maintain the good relationship, kindly go through the subject line and JD before sending any profile and try to share the genuine H1B only, else I would have to remove from distribution list.
