Description: 
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Lead the architecture design and strategy for Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with overall IT strategy.
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient Workday solutions, including HCM, Finance, Payroll, and other modules.
Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring best practices are followed, and timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Integration Management: Design and manage the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, security, and reliability.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership in Workday configuration, customization, and optimization, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday’s tools and capabilities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure Workday solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Project Management: Lead Workday-related projects, including upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and enhancements, proactively recommending improvements to existing solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Certified Professional) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday implementation, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or leadership role.
Technical Skills:
1.      Proficient in Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, and other modules.
2.      Strong understanding of Workday integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, PECI).
3.      Experience with Workday security models and business process framework.
4.      Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Certifications: Workday Certification(s) preferred.
