Job Title: Ultimate Kronos Group Advanced Scheduling Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA (Flexible/Remote Options Available)

Duration : Long term

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Advanced Scheduling modules and a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and optimizing workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling solutions to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert-level consultation on workforce management strategies, including scheduling optimization, labor forecasting, and demand planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UKG Advanced Scheduling modules.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.
• Stay updated on UKG product updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, solution design, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on UKG (Kronos) Advanced Scheduling.
• Proven expertise in configuring and implementing UKG Advanced Scheduling modules.
• Forecasting and Demand Planning, Schedule Optimization, Attendance and Leave Management, Compliance and Reporting
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles, labor laws, and scheduling best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred.
• Experience working in industries such as healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.
