UiPath L3 Support

Charlotte-NC/Dallas – TX/ North Brunswick – NJ (Hybrid 3 days office)

Contract

JD- Looking for strong UiPath resource who can do L2/L3 support.

Responsible for Automation Project Support
Attend deployment meetings to understand the necessary requirements of each project
Create NAS drives (shared folders) along with necessary permissions
Request and configure Bot Runner accounts with correct entitlements
Request and configure Application ID’s
Install and configure necessary project applications on our servers
Create requests for new databases as well as proper permissions
Request firewall rules for access to applications, databases, and websites
Maintain a great working relationship with our Business Line Leaders
Responsible for Incident Management
Participate in on-call rotation to infrastructure & automation support
Accept incidents within our SLA and work them to resolve
Work with our development team to ensure automation jobs are running and performing as expected
Responsible for Change Management
Create RFC’s in ServiceNow for code migrations and fixes/enhancements
Assign the proper tasks to development team for validations
Accept code migration task and complete per the developer’s instructions
Update the change notes and perform closure of change tasks and main change
Infrastructure Support
Ensure our server environment is performing at a high level and is resilient to changes in the environment (DR, Device Pools)
Work closely with our internal partners as well as our vendors.
Be ready for application updates and modifications
Participate in Vendor calls and troubleshooting sessions
Perform RCA with our development teams, internal teams as well as our vendors
