Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that provide valuable insights into business performance. The role requires a deep understanding of Tableau's capabilities combined with expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards: Design, develop, and manage visually compelling dashboards in Tableau that meet business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics: Leverage Salesforce CRM Analytics to extract, transform, and analyze data, ensuring seamless integration with Tableau for comprehensive reporting.
- Data extraction and transformation: Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to gather, cleanse, and prepare data for analysis from various sources, including Salesforce.
- Performance tuning: Optimize Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports for performance, ensuring quick and efficient data retrieval.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for all dashboards, reports, and processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with data visualizations, reporting, and analytics tools as they arise.
