Job Description:
- Alarm related TTs assigned to L1 RAN team (Samsung) to be resolved or assigned further to L2 within SLA
- Accept calls/Tickets from Customer Care
- Manage Fault ticket till closure
- Diagnosis at primary level
- Coordinate with concerned teams for resolution
- Escalate non – repetitive, critical, service affecting faults to L2 fault management team
