Title: SAP P2P Lead Consultant

Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP P2P solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Configure SAP P2P modules, including SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba.
Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, and go-live activities.

Process Optimization:

Analyze existing procurement and accounts payable processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize P2P processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and IT teams, to ensure that SAP P2P solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Technical Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on SAP P2P functionality, best practices, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP P2P issues and provide technical support as needed.

Training and Support:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP P2P solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP P2P systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that SAP P2P processes comply with legal and organizational standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the P2P process and SAP system.

Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor P2P performance and identify trends or issues.
Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP P2P consulting, with a strong background in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba.

Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP P2P modules and their integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications: SAP certification in relevant modules (MM, S/4HANA) is preferred.
