Job Summary:
The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing SAP business processes and solutions to meet the needs of the organization. The role involves collaborating with various departments, gathering requirements, and implementing SAP modules to enhance business operations and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization within the SAP environment.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify system and process deficiencies.
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives and goals.
SAP Implementation and Support:
- Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP modules.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP modules and processes.
Project Management:
- Participate in SAP project planning, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage project tasks and timelines to ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants as needed.
