Responsibilities: • Oversee production support for Salesforce instances, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system enhancement • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security compliance • Develop solutions for business requirements • Manage release deployments and change management processes • Monitor system performance and stability • Lead production support and deployments • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce errors. • Implement proactive maintenance procedures • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and SLAs • Coordinate emergency fixes and hot deployments • Manage release windows and change control • Create and maintain system documentation • Establish support runbooks and escalation procedures • Root cause analysis and incident prevention • Capacity planning and performance optimization • Backup and disaster recovery management
Mandatory: • 10+ years Salesforce development experience • Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce • Experience with Salesforce APIs, middleware integration, and ETL tools • Expertise in Salesforce security models and compliance frameworks • Proficiency in data modeling and optimization • Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification • Salesforce Application Architect or Technical Architect Certification preferred • Healthcare industry experience beneficial
